    I mistakenly wrote the wrong bank account. What should I do now?

    Please cross out the wrong information (wrong bank account and Hanko seal etc.) with double lines. *The correction shall made with the Hanko seal registered with your bank. Then, please give the correct information and affix the seal in a blank space.

    Is there any annual membership fee?

    A

    Yes, but we waive the annual fee for the first year. We ask 2,200 yen (tax excluded) for annual membership fee after the first year.

    Will you transfer the card to the residence I recently moved in?

    A

    We are sorry but please submit a notification of address change at the city hall of your residence before applying for the card.

    Why do I need to submit a photo/copy of my identification documents?

    A

    The identification confirmation of the applicants is required by Japanese Law concerning the transfer of criminal profit. We cannot issue the card should you fail to submit them as there will be no way for us to confirm the identity or validity on the application form.

    How should I write my name in alphabetical characters?

    A

    Please write as printed on your residence card.

    I could not receive the card due to long-term absence and the re-delivery period has expired. Will you send the card again?

    A

    The card will be resent to the address if it has been returned to us due to long-term absence of the receiver. Please kindly contact us. We may offer a redelivery notification by mail/ phone depending on the nature of the contract or just resend the card without your request.

    Can I put a deposit of less than 100,000 yen?

    A

    We are sorry but 100,000 yen is the minimum deposit for the Nexus Global Card. You cannot apply for the card with a deposit of less than 100,000 yen.
