    What should I do after moving to a new place?

    A

    Your residence card with the new address will be necessary. We will send the notification of change form to you. Please fill it out and return it to us with a copy of the Residence card.

    My Nexus Global Card is close to reaching its expiry date. What should I do?

    A

    We will contact you by the time your expiration date passes to see if you wish to continue your membership. Your Nexus Global Card will be renewed upon request.

    Will my Nexus Global Card be renewed with the same account number?

    A

    It may change depending on the reason of renewal.
    e.g.)When the card is reissued in the event of loss or theft, the number will change. If you are using the card for automatic payment of utility bills, mobile phone bills, insurance, and Internet services, please contact and inform each service provider of the change in the expiration date.
    The account number never changes for getting a new card in the cases below.
    ・The card is damaged/does not swipe or read.
    ・Change of the PIN number
    * If you are using the card for automatic payment of utility bills and other services, please indicate clearly that the change of card information must be reported to each service provider.

    We will reset and update your PIN number. *Please be advised that this is a paid service.
    We will send the PIN number application form to you. Please fill it out and return it to us.
