    Please call our lost/stolen card support desk immediately. We will block the card from future use to protect you from fraudulent or incorrect charges. Also, we ask you to file a report at the nearby police station.

    We are sorry but we must deactivate the card for good upon receiving the lost card report. For security and fraud protection, the card cannot be used again. We will issue you a new one with a different card number.

    Credit cards cannot be used by any party other than the authorized card holder. Lending a credit card to a friend or family member is strictly prohibited. The authorized card holder shall bear the responsibility for any problems arising from the lending.
